The MacIver Institute, a venerable Wisconsin non-profit corporation, has published a report finding five Green Bay 2020 Presidential election law violations: https://www.maciverinstitute.com/2021/03/green-bays-handling-of-presidential-election-violated-at-least-five-laws/. Attorney Erick Kaardal comments, “We welcome the MacIver Institute’s report. We are continuing our investigations regarding 2020 Presidential election law violations in the Wisconsin cities of Green Bay, Milwaukee, Madison, Racine and Kenosha. All of these cities accepted Center for Tech and Civic Life’s (CTCL’s) conditions when accepting over $6,000,000 in grant money. in July of 2020. CTCL’s conditions led to private corporations such as the National Vote at Home Institute working with city election officials to favor demographic groups–as opposed to the rest of the voters in Wisconsin–for more access to absentee ballot processes. It is important to remember that the government favoring a demographic group is just as much an election law sin as the government disfavoring a demographic group. The cities can legally do neither. A city can not favor a demographic group. A city can not disfavor a demographic group The Cities made a huge, legal mistake in the 2020 Presidential election by favoring a demographic group. This mistake by the Cities needs to be corrected.”
