The Thomas More Society, a national public interest law firm, has issued a press release regarding the Mashall (MN) public school settlement in the flag display case. Erick Kaardal is the plaintiffs’ attorney. The flag display including only non-European flags and the Pride Flag. The federal district court claims was based on First Amendment free speech claims against the school district.
