Former GOP Former Lieutenant Governor, Rebecca Kleefisch, has sued the Wisconsin Elections Commission to suspend its 2020 election-related guidance on a range of election procedures. The former Lieutenant Governor has already declared her candidacy for Governor. So, she is trying to protect her interests as a candidate to a constitutional, fair and legal election. The lawsuit has been filed in the Wisconsin Supreme Court as an original action.
